If you want a good laugh, listen to one of the Liberal Democrats finest, Cllr Danny Unwin, Mayor of Wells, being interviewed live on BBC Somerset this morning about car park charges. The clip starts at 1:47:20 and lasts 4 minutes or so, I laughed so much I nearly choked on my meusli. I don't need to add anything. Here is the link.
